I’m a board certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in mental health and a specialized focus in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I work closely with women navigating the emotional complexities of infertility, pregnancy loss, high-risk pregnancies, birth trauma, and the transition to motherhood.

My approach combines medical expertise with compassionate, personalized care to support women through each stage of the reproductive journey. I take a warm, collaborative approach that respects your lived experience while integrating the latest in psychiatric and perinatal research.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward. In addition to my work in women’s mental health, I also treat adults experiencing a wide range of psychiatric concerns, including mood disorders, life transitions, and stress-related challenges.
